Admission Team
Keep hall doors secure, open them, and hand out programs
Ask Me
Be a point person just inside main entrance to guide audience to the right locations and people
Check Registration & Member Lists
Collect payments
Use app and Bluetooth on own mobile device
Lawn Signs
NOTE: Early morning start!
1. Map where lawn signs will be placed
2. Place the lawn signs (before 8am)
3. College lawn signs after concert starts
Member Desk
Hand out brochures, take applications, setup banners & table, smile a lot, and "sell" as audience arrives and leaves.
Parking Team
Help audience find parking spots, especially Maestro's Circle members and disabled.
Photography
Take photos (with shutter sound turned off!) of audience and performers before, during and after, and post at least 5 to DCB Facebook page.
Seat Finder
Help audience find seats, especially reserved seating.
VIP Host
Welcome our Maestro's Circle members, lead them to their waiting room, introduce them to each other, obtain/ setup/ refill refreshments, lead them to their seats, smile a LOT, and show our gratitude for their support.
